The promotion discount applies to 2nd, 3rd and 4th passengers only if the entire party is confirmed at the same time in the same reservation and using the same form of payment.  All other change and cancellation policies remain the same.  5th passenger and additional passengers travel at the standard (1st passenger) Arizona Shuttle rate.
