What is Arizona Shuttle's Cancellation policy?

TUCSON SHUTTLE: If you are not able to use your scheduled reservation and notify Arizona Shuttle by 11:59pm the day prior to the travel date and time, you will receive a refund. Failure to notify Arizona Shuttle before your reserved departure time that you will not be riding, will result in a full charge. No-show passengers will receive no refunds or credits.

FLAGSTAFF SHUTTLE: If you are not able to use your scheduled reservation and notify Arizona Shuttle by 10:00pm the day prior to the travel date and time, you will receive a refund. Failure to notify Arizona Shuttle before your reserved departure time that you will not be riding, will result in a full charge. No-show passengers will receive no refunds or credits.

Does Arizona Shuttle go to Tucson International Airport?

Tucson International Airport is not on our regular scheduled route. There would only be two reasons that Arizona Shuttle would be there;  (1) for charters, (2) transporting airline passengers from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to Tucson International Airport due to cancelled flights in Phoenix. So, if you see us there, that's why.
 

Where does Arizona Shuttle offer charter service?

We have charters 'to go'! 
 
Arizona Shuttle has been providing charter service for nearly 20 years.  We provide private Charter service between Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff destinations (your choice), to and from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and various locations around the Tucson and Flagstaff area.

Our Charter clients include:
• Gem & Mineral Show exhibitors
• Corporate retreats and business seminars
• University of Arizona event attendees 
• Convention groups
• Middle school and high school fieldtrips
• Alumni gatherings

• Weddings

We offer passenger vans with seating for up to 13 people, and with advance notice, busses with a larger passenger capacity. Our fleet now includes spacious shuttles with plush captain chairs and individual climate control.

Does Arizona Shuttle have handicap accessible vehicles?

Yes. Please phone our Tucson reservations line at 520.795.6771 or our Flagstaff reservations line at 928.226.8060, at least 48 hours prior to your departure date so we can answer your questions and ensure arrangements.
 

Can an unaccompanied minor, 7 to 13 years old, ride alone on the Arizona Shuttle?

Yes an unaccompanied minor may ride alone, but a parent or guardian must check in with the minor at least 30 minutes prior to departure. 

Tucson customers must check in at the Speedway/Tucson office, Ina Road/Tucson office or at Terminal 2/Phoenix Sky Harbor. There will be release paperwork to complete and sign. Call our reservation line for all information.

Flagstaff customers should call the reservations line at 928.226.8060 to arrange for unaccompanied minor's travel.

 

 

Can I park my car at Arizona Shuttle?

Tucson customes can park your car for up to 14 days at our Tucson Speedway and Ina Road locations at no cost to you. Parking is on a first come first serve basis and you park at your own risk. Other locations are pick-up and drop-off points only. When parking at Phoenix Sky Harbor you must follow all Airport Operations and the City Of Phoenix parking regulations.

Arizona Shuttle does not offer parking at the Flagstaff pick up/drip off locations.

 

 

 

Can I check to see if someone is on Arizona Shuttle?

According to the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), it is against the law to broadcast anyone’s name over a radio frequency. What we can do is look up a passenger's confirmation number and we can then let you know what shuttle they are scheduled for and approximately what time they will reach their destination.

What are the check-in times?

Please allow yourself a minimum of 15 minutes check-in prior to departure time.
 

What are the types of credits cards that are accepted? Are checks accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, Traveler's Checks, Money Orders, and Debit Cards (with Visa/MasterCard logo). No Checks please. Cash paying customers must come in to both book and pay.  Our online reservation system uses Visa, MasterCard, and Discover only.
 

Can I take a bicycle on Arizona Shuttle?

Please disassemble and package in bicycle box to avoid damage.

Flagstaff Shuttle Policy:
$20.00 baggage fee for bicycle, and the bike must be in a biycle box.

 

Are pets allowed?

Only service animals are allowed on Arizona Shuttle.
 

How much luggage can I take on Arizona Shuttle?

Per person, we allow two full size (not to exceed 70 lbs. each) suitcases and one carry-on per person.


FLAGSTAFF SHUTTLE SERVICE LUGGAGE POLICY & LIMITS

Note: If we are not informed in advance of extra luggage items, we may not be able to take them on board.

We allow two standard size (not to exceed 70lbs. each) suitcases and one carry-on per person.  Any additional baggage or oversized luggage is subject to an additional $5.00 charge.  Bicycles are an additional $20.00 per bike and must be in a bicycle box.
