If you are not able to use your scheduled reservation and notify Arizona Shuttle by 11:59pm the day prior to the travel date and time, you will receive a refund. Failure to notify Arizona Shuttle before your reserved departure time that you will not be riding, will result in a full charge. No-show passengers will receive no refunds or credits.
