How it works

When you call and wish to reserve Home Pickup/Drop Off service with your regular shuttle ride, our reservationist will ask you a few questions to gather the necessary information like pick up address, date, flight time and any special instructions. The reservationist will then book your regular shuttle in the appropriate time frame to catch your flight. In addition they will add an extra service "Home Pickup Service" which will add the appropriate rate based on your qualified zipcode to the regular shuttle fare. If you have an existing reservation and wish to add Home Pickup/Drop Off service from a qualified zip code please call 1 day in advance before 6:00pm. Home Pickup/Drop Off service is also available on the return leg of a round trip. 

On the day of your shuttle and home pickup you should be ready at your home 1 hour before your regular shuttle time. For example, if your shuttle departure time is 10:00am you should be ready at your home by 9:00am and can expect to be picked up between 9:00am and 9:30am to be dropped off at our Speedway or Ina road location to catch your scheduled shuttle.
